如果有人跟你說 "Get out of here!"  你會怎麼做?

嗆聲?

打人?

不知所措?

還是摸摸鼻子自己滾出去???

其實都不必,  因為對方可能不是要你滾出門去啦    那到底有什麼陰謀?  幹麻跟我說"Get out of here"??

Get out of here

Definition:   An exclamation of disbelief   表示難以置信

Example 1--

(In a party)

Eddie:  When I graduated from NYU in 98, I was totally broke.  我九八年從紐約大學畢業時完全沒錢。

Jason: I went to NYU, too!   What did you study? 我也唸紐約大學耶! 你唸那什麼科系?

Eddie: I was a political science major. 我主修政治。

Jason: Me too! 我也是

Eddie: Get out of here! 不會吧

Example 2--

Eva: Paul is really cute, isn't he? 保羅真是可愛啊

Cheryl: Do you know he used to weigh more than 200 kilograms? 你知道他以前胖到兩百多公斤嗎?

Eva: Get out of here! 不會吧!

當你說 Get out of here 的時候語氣也很重要喔, 要用開玩笑的口氣講, 不要用很兇的口氣, 不然真的會把人家嚇跑哩!
