comfortable in one's own skin

Definiton: Displaying a relaxed confidence in and clear understanding of oneself and one's abilities, especially when presenting oneself to or interacting with other people.  有清楚的自我認知, 外顯於態度和行為上, 泰然自若。

Example 1: Although her classmates are more wealthy and sophisticated, Erin is very comfortable in her own skin when she's around them. 雖然 Erin 不像同學們那麼有錢又老練, 她跟同學在一起時顯得非常自在, 一點也不怯懦。

Example 2: Frank is short and chubby, but he is very comfortable in his own skin.  People are drawn to him easily.  Frank 矮小又有點胖, 但他態度大方從容。很多人不自覺被他吸引。
