Definition: something of the same or a similar kind  等等等...; 諸如此類

Example: 

1) You can find a lot of great shoes in this store, like Kenneth Cole, Diesel, and whatnot.

2) In my free time, I usually hang out with friends for dinners, movies, or whatnot.

This word is getting really popular these days. Ms. Griffin, the science teacher I work with really loves using this word.

怎麼會有狗叫做"Whatnot"? 好像跟這堂課沒啥關係....哈哈....
