bummer

bummer   n.

Definiton: a thing that is annoying or disappointing; used to express frustration or disappointment, typically sympathetically. 讓人討厭或失望的事物, 或是用來表達不幸 (通常帶著同情)

Example 1:

Emma: My bike was stolen.  我的腳踏車被偷了。

Jay: What a bummer! 太糟糕了

Example 2:

Eric: I got a D on the test.  我考試只拿了D。

Carson: Bummer.  太不幸了
